What an epic 2 days of innovation, trends, amazing brands, enlightening conversations and dope peeps!
Brooklyn Cloth had the opportunity to attend ComplexCon in Long Beach California.
Innovative and forward-thinking brands, social awareness via discussion panels, dope style and music all melded into a 2-day Conference. The event, a organic blend streetwear and sneaker head culture through curated brand shopping, hip-hop music festival, and panel/speaker discussion was ran by Complex Media (ya know, the magazine COMPLEX) and its super creative chair committee, including Pharrell Williams, artist Takashi Murakami and Complex Magazine founder and Ecko Unltd. designer Marc Eckō.
The line to get in the first day of ComplexCon, before 11am, was insane, everyone wanted first dibs on many of the brands Limited Edition merch. Food Trucks known in Los Angeles were present outside of the arena all weekend long offering some tasty treats!
There were musical acts, including Headliner Snoop Dogg (btw: did you know he's a Long Beach native) Kid Cudi, Travis Scott, and Skrillex were also in the performing. Tickets for Sunday's Show sold out so fast! French Montana even stopped by some booths!
ComplexCon lead the way to what the future of brand marketing is- a media platform for youth culture, creating an experience with a message.
