What is this?
Brooklyn Cloth Rewards is our way of showing appreciation to our active shoppers and fans. There's many different ways to earn points by participating.
How do I earn points?
Every time you make a purchase on our site, you earn 5 points per $1 spent. Please visit our Rewards section to view different ways to earn points, some of which don't even involve placing an order.
Who can join?
Anyone! Simply create an account on our website and you're in.
Do I need to join the program if I'm already an existing customer?
As long as you already have an existing account with us, you're all set. Simply login to start activities and get more points.
How do I find out how many points I have?
You will be able to see your points balance on the header of the loyalty page, when you are logged in.
Can I use my points with a discount code?
No. A reward cannot be used in addition to an existing coupon code. However, this won't prevent you from earning points on the purchase you make using a code.
Do I need to make a minimum purchase to redeem my points?
Yes, you must spend a minimum of $15 (before taxes and shipping) in order to redeem any points for discounts.
How do I redeem my points?
You will be able to redeem your Reward points when visiting our online store only. Reward points do not apply to Brookyn Cloth merchandise that's bought in a department store or other physical location.
To redeem your points, login to your Brooklyn Cloth account and there, they can be redeemed for a gift voucher code that can be applied in checkout at brooklyncloth.com once you've hit the points threshold.
Do points expire?
As long as you order something on our website within 12 months, then they will not expire.
You'll be notified via email points are nearing their expiration date so you have plenty of time to use them up.
Can I use my points at online checkout?
Not directly. You will need to redeem your points for a discount code voucher first. Then, the new code created can be applied to checkout.
Why are my reward points not approved yet on my recent purchase?
For website and social media activities, they will be approved within 48 hours.
Other actions such as making a purchase or referring a friend will be 15 days to clear any potential returns of merchandise.
Once the return window has closed, your points will be released into your account. This stops ordering just to earn points and returning the clothes.
Why did my account balance go down?
You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
When will I receive points after referring a friend?
You will receive points from referring a friend 15 days once they complete their purchase. These codes can be used by new customers only.
