How do I make a return/exchange?

For online orders, please click here. Simply fill in your email and order number and follow the instructions on the screen. If you receive an error message after entering your order details, check to ensure that your item is not FINAL SALE (ending .97) or marked FINAL SALE on product page. Final Sale items are ineligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Returns and exchanges are ineligible for already serviced items in an order. Items are only eligible for return or exchange once per order.
