Holiday Returns and Exchanges
2025-2026 Extended Holiday Return Window
Any orders placed between November 3-December 31, 2025 are eligible for a return or exchange through January 31, 2026.
We will not process returns outside this window. Returns and exchanges are ineligible for already serviced items in an order. Items are only eligible for a return or exchange once per order.
Please note that all items that end in $.97 and/or marked "clearance" or "final sale" are final sale and cannot be returned nor exchanged.
International Returns & Exchanges
Due to high cost and shipping time frames all International orders are final sale and cannot be returned nor exchanged.

Terms of Agreement
Brooklyn Cloth reserves the right to reject returned items in the event that said items appear to be worn, torn, or in any way altered from their original form at the time of purchase.
Brooklyn Cloth does not refund shipping costs.
The warehouse must receive return items within 14 days of the return/exchange approval. Items received after this time may be rejected.
Price Adjustments
We're happy to issue a one-time price adjustment for an item from our website if it goes on sale within 14 days of your order’s shipment date. A store credit will be given for the price difference.
