1. Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level under your arms and across your back. Keep the tape snug, but not tight. Measurements shown reflect the full chest circumference, not a half chest measurement.

2. Shoulder Width: Measure straight across your back from the edge of one shoulder to the other.
